libtcc.c: -m option cleanup
handle mms-bitfields as sub-options of -m. (-mfloat-abi
is still special because it requires arguments)
tcc.c: help():
- list -mms-bitfields under 'Target specific options'
libtcc.c/MEM_DEBUG
- add check for past buffer writes
